Robotics

The Robotic Alliance of Martin County (R.A.M.) is a student-driven team composed of talented individuals from Martin County High School and Martin Innovative Early College. With members ranging from grades 9 through 12, R.A.M. has quickly built a reputation as a determined and resilient force in the world of robotics.

Now, in their second season of competing in the FIRST Robotics Competition, the team recently participated in the first round at the Wake District Competition. Through a combination of creativity, problem-solving, and technical expertise, they have worked tirelessly to design, build, and program a robot capable of meeting the rigorous demands of the challenge. Their teamwork and dedication were evident throughout the competition as they navigated the intense event.

R.A.M. was honored with the FIRST Imagery Award, which recognizes excellence in engineering aesthetics and the seamless integration of machine design with team branding. This achievement highlights their commitment to both technical skill and visual creativity.

As they continue through the FIRST Robotics Competition, R.A.M. aims to inspire others and demonstrate the power of collaboration, innovation, and hard work. The students of R.A.M. are not just building robots; they are building futures, and this season is just the beginning of what promises to be an exciting journey.
