On Friday, September 27th, the Martin County High School Gators joined our E. J. Hayes Tigers for a special lunch that was full of energy and inspiration! Our students had the incredible opportunity to connect with high school students who are "Going for the Gold" every day—whether in the classroom, on the football field, or in their community.
The Gator football players engaged our students in meaningful conversations about sports, academics, and more. There were plenty of laughs, mentoring moments, and even some friendly arm-wrestling matches between the Tigers and Gators!
A huge thank you to Mr. Mizelle, Principal of MCHS, and everyone who played a part in making this unforgettable experience possible. The day was a wonderful example of teamwork and community spirit!
