Today, Ms. Herring’s 5th-grade students immersed themselves in the play John and Abigail Adams: Letters. Each student read their role fluently, bringing the historical figures to life with expressive voices. Their curiosity shone as they asked insightful questions along the way, deepening their understanding of the time period and the Adams' relationship. This active engagement not only enhanced their reading skills but also fostered a greater connection to history!
