Mrs. White's 4th-grade students became peer teachers, leading their classmates through the steps of adding and subtracting fractions and decimals. This empowering experience not only reinforced their understanding but also built confidence, communication skills, and collaboration. By teaching others, students deepened their own learning and showcased the power of teamwork in mastering challenging concepts.
