E.J. Hayes staff participated in the WestEd Four Domains for Rapid School Improvement CALL Survey as part of a pilot program to enhance school needs assessment and improvement strategies. Our admin and SIT Team engaged in a professional development session with Kelli and Jamie, our NC DPI CALL Support Team, to learn how to effectively use the collected data and implement protocols proven to drive school improvement success. This valuable experience has already sparked ideas for meaningful and positive change!
