These are the weekly announcements for March 27, 2023:

  • Monday, March 27 is a Virtual Day for students. Students do not report to campus.
  • Progress Reports will go out to all students on Tuesday, March 28, 2023.
  • Registration for Martin Community College Classes have begun. See your counselor or Mr. Smith in guidance if you are interested. Please see Mr. Smith before March 31 to register for MCC classes. 
  • MCS College & Career Fair is Wednesday, March 29th at the Innovation Campus. ALL students are EXPECTED to attend, permission slips have been sent home and must be returned by Monday 3/27. 
  • The National Honor Society will be hosting its Spring Induction Ceremony on Thursday, March 30th, from 6:00 - 9:00 pm in the Martin County Auditorium.  Parents, members, and teachers are encouraged to attend.
  • Yearbooks are now on sale and can be ordered from www.yearbookordercenter.com  using the Riverside High School order number 15914. Yearbooks will be $40 or $45 with your name imprinted on the front. The deadline to purchase a yearbook is April 1, 2023.  All yearbook sales will be completed online. 
  • FFA - Students that are interested in becoming an FFA officer should keep an eye out on their email and the FFA Google Classroom for updates. We will have an award ceremony May 25th at 6pm at the Innovation Campus. Invitations will be sent out shortly.
  • Prom Information: Prom tickets are now on sale! There will be a Grand March this year for students who would like to participate. ALL students, singles with friends or couples,  participating in the Grand March should purchase a Grand March ticket.  Tickets can be purchased online through Ticket Spicket.  Juniors and Seniors were provided with a direct link through email or Google Classroom.  You can find our event by searching Riverside-Martin at Ticket Spicket. Prom is April 28, 2023 at Yankee Hall in Greenville. Students who are NOT juniors or seniors of RHS will need a guest form completed.  Guests NOT attending RHS will need a guest form completed and include a copy of their student ID or driver's license. GUEST FORMS ARE DUE TO MRS. BUTLER NO LATER THAN APRIL 6 , 2023!  Forms can be obtained from the rack outside of the front office or in the media center.
  • Senior Information: Senior fees are now $90 & are payable to Mr. Delph each day by 1:30 pm. This fee covers the cost of your cap & gown unit, as well as other graduation expenses.  If you were unable to pick up your cap & gown from Jostens please see Mrs. Hoggard in room 183 during 1st period, all Knight Lunches, or after school to pick it up. Do not interrupt her classes to get your cap & gown.
