Students and parents are reminded that the updated Dress Code policy will be enforced on Wednesday morning. If students are not following the dress code policy they will remain in ISS/PASS until the issues are resolved. Parents and family we need your help. We need you to check your children before they depart for school each day. If you have any questions, please contact administration at RHS. Thank you in advance for your help.
Knight Lunch returns on January 28th. More information to follow in Thursday’s Homeroom Session.
There will be a color guard clinic hosted for all current and prospective color guard members February 20th and 21st from 5:00-7:30. See Ms. Cardwell for more information.
The annual band pancake supper will be held February 7th from 5-8 pm in the RHS Cafeteria. Tickets are on sale now for $7. Please see a band student or Ms. Cardwell to purchase a ticket.
Any students that are interested in participating in men's tennis this spring, please contact Mr. Conner.
The Riverside FFA is going to the State Fairgrounds in Raleigh on January 31st to support our tractor and truck drivers competing in the state driving competitions and to attend the Southern Farm Show. Students interested should contact Mr. Bennett before January 29th. The cost is $12.00 per student. We will leave RHS at 7:00 am and arrive back at 5:00pm.
There will be an meeting for students interested in competing with the RHS FFA Hunter Safety TEAM in Mr. Bennetts room (925) Wednesday, January 23rd from 3:10 to 4:00. Students do not have to bring anything to the meeting. We will be discussing practices, scrimmages, rules and the district tournament.
Mr. Woody’s Spring English I honors and English II students need to join his google classroom using the invitation in their emails. They have an assignment posted and quiz scheduled for Wednesday 1-23-19.
