Fall In Love With Martin County Schools, held on February 13, exceeded all expectations! Thank you to everyone who made the event possible, especially to the more than 400 parents, guardians, and students who participated.
We hope families left the event with a better understanding of how Martin Offers More!
Our Career and Technical Education Department continues to grow. Students may choose courses in Animal Science, Horticulture, Welding, Construction, Game Art Design, various Health Science courses, Adobe Academy, Culinary Arts, and Internships. And that’s just a partial list.
MCS students are exposed to Career and Technical Education earlier than ever before. Career Exploration begins in 6th grade with hands-on labs in our middle schools. Students can start asking questions and developing interests so that by high school, they may have a better understanding of how to pursue their future goals and can seize every opportunity along the way.
Our Career and Technical Education course offerings are accompanied by an array of extra-curricular activities that support and continue student learning.
Martin County Schools has a priceless partnership with Martin Community College that allows many students pursuing Career and Technical Education pathways to achieve work-ready certifications and two-year degrees that excel students into solid workplace opportunities.
These courses not only open the horizons of our students, but they are a direct investment in our community.
Every Student, Every Opportunity, Every Day.
