STAFF REGISTRATION
To register for testing click the appropriate staff link. You will be asked about symptoms and exposure as well as providing your name, date of birth, phone number, email, and acknowledgment. Once you are registered you are eligible for testing at school.

PARENT/GUARDIAN REGISTRATION
Parents/guardians can register their child by following the student link where their child attends school.
Parent/guardian will be asked about symptoms and exposure as well as providing their child's information and acknowledgment. Once they are registered the student is eligible for testing at school.
