This is an anonymous survey. Your name/last name will not be collected. Similarly, email addresses will not be collected with this survey.
The only identifiable information will be regarding your "School," "Grade," and status as "Parent or Guardian," "Student," or "Staff." The information you provide will help MCS to better understand common trends that may be more specific to elementary, middle, or high school-age students with regards to the dress code policy.
TIMELINE:
Preliminary results from this survey will be presented at the December Board of Education meeting. A full analysis of the survey data will be presented at the January 2022 Board meeting.
As a reminder, this is only a survey. ONLY THE BOARD OF EDUCATION CAN ADOPT A NEW POLICY.
