Seniors are encouraged to sign up for a meeting with Ms. James to complete their FSA ID which will help them get a head start on the FASFA process for college. FASFA Night is on Jan. 29 from 5 pm to 7 pm in the media center.
There will be a RHS Sr. class meeting in the media center at 6 pm on Jan. 24. Fall Semester Graduation for RHS seniors with the required credits to graduate will be on Jan. 25 at 6 pm in the auditorium. RHS- If you have not paid your senior dues, the fees are $100. Please see Ms. Hoggard for more information.

Please join us for an important presentation by the administration/student services dept. in the auditorium at 5:45 pm. We will review all the exciting things that our campus has to offer. We ask that everyone start at RHS and then transition to the innovative campus afterwards.
Any 12th grader who would like to purchase a senior ad for the yearbook needs to contact Mr. Joey Griffin asap. The deadline is Feb. 23. Yearbooks will be on sale in the coming weeks. You will have to pre-order and pay for the yearbook this year.
Any 11th and 12th grades interested in prom needs to save the date for Prom on April 13. More information to come on this soon.
On Jan. 31, there is a NC Central University Campus tour for 11th and 12th graders with a 2.5 GPA. You must register for this tour by contacting Ms. James or Mr. Mcgill.
The band is hosting a pancake supper fundraiser on Feb. 8 from 5-8pm. Please see a band student or simply come to the event to purchase tickets.
Jan. 24 is a remote learning day and students return to class in person on Jan. 25 for the start of the second semester.

Effective January 19, 2024
Washington County has given us 150 tickets (wristbands) for presale. We will allow each athlete to buy two tickets. Tickets will go on sale for the current basketball players and cheerleaders all day tomorrow, Jan 19th until 1:00.
Tickets will go on sale to the public starting Friday, Jan 19th from 1:30-3:30 and Monday, Jan 22 from 8:00-3:30, and Tuesday, Jan 23 from 8:00-1:30. Wristbands must be on your wrist to enter the game.
Attention Mid Year Graduates!
Your graduation practice will be on January 24 at 10:00 am. Meet Mrs. Hoggard in the auditorium lobby. DO NOT BE LATE! You must come to practice in order to participate in the ceremony.

Students, please arrive to school by 8:10 am with your charged Chromebook for exams. Wedneday we are giving 3rd period EOC and CTE exams. Thursday we are giving 4th period EOC and CTE exams.

EOC/CTE exams will continue on Jan. 16, 17, and 18. Students can sign out after all exams have ended for the day. There must be a signed note for each day the student is signing out after exams. The note must include the date, student printed name, guardian printed name, guardian phone number, and guardian signature.
Students need to charge their school issued device nightly. It is vital that students charge the device nightly the week of exams so they may take the exam on the device.
